Clear expectations. No surprises.

At WUZZOO, we believe good projects begin with clear communication and transparent agreements. These terms explain how we work with our clients and how the intellectual property created during a project may be used.

Quotes and proposals

All quotations and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

The agreed scope, deliverables, timeframes and pricing are outlined in your proposal. Changes requested after work has commenced may require a revised quotation or variation.

Project approvals

Projects include agreed review and approval points.

Providing timely feedback helps keep projects on schedule. Delays in approvals may affect delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Intellectual property arrangements are agreed before work begins.

Unless otherwise specified in your proposal:

• WUZZOO retains ownership of its design methodologies, templates, processes, graphics, reusable assets, and proprietary learning frameworks.
• Clients receive the rights described in their agreed licence.
• Ownership of any agreed deliverables transfers only after full payment has been received where this has been included in the proposal.

Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive a perpetual licence to use the completed training materials within their own organisation.

This licence does not permit:

• resale of the training
• redistribution to third parties
• removal of copyright notices
• copying or adapting WUZZOO source files for commercial purposes
• transferring the licence to another organisation

Additional licences can be arranged where required.

Source files

Where source files (such as Articulate Rise or Storyline projects) are included in a proposal, they are supplied after final payment.

Any third-party software licences remain subject to the terms of those software providers.

Confidentiality

WUZZOO treats all client information as confidential.

Likewise, clients agree not to share WUZZOO proprietary methodologies, templates or commercially sensitive information without written permission.

Payment

Invoices are payable in accordance with the payment terms shown on the invoice.

Late payment may delay delivery of project milestones or final files.
